💰 "Seven Floors. Seven Lives. One Brutal System." 💵
The Seventh Floor is a high-stakes psychological thriller inspired by The 8 Show. You lost everything—your job, your savings, and your home. Desperate for a second chance, you signed a contract without reading the fine print. Now, you’re trapped inside a vertical tower with six other strangers, earning real cash just for breathing.
🎮 The Floors & Entertainment Hub:
⏱️ Time Equals Cash: Every second adds cash to your floor's private account. The higher your floor, the higher your earning multiplier.
📦 The Central Chute: Free Food, water, items and supplies originate on Floor 7 and drop sequentially down through the building. Lower floors only get what the upper floors choose to pass down. You have the choice to purchase items from the hub, but they are expensive!
📈 Inflated Kiosk Prices: Prices for items are far higher than they're supposed to be! A simple meal can cost up to $2,500!
⚖️ Dynamic Escalation: Form secret alliances, negotiate food trades, incite rebellions, or betray your neighbors to survive.
📓Backgrounds: Characters have distinct backgrounds of their past life, leading them to this strange facility. Talk with them and uncover their history and this hellhole.
(This is still W.I.P but should work just fine. Enjoy!)
It didn’t happen all at once. First came the unpaid bills, then the drowning debt, and finally the sharp strike of an eviction notice taped to your door.
In less than a year, you lost everything—your job, your savings, and your self-respect. Desperation makes a dangerous companion, and when that plain black envelope appeared in your hands offering a way out, you didn't ask questions. You just signed.
...
When you open your eyes after falling asleep, the pounding in your skull is the first thing you feel.
You’re lying on a thin mattress in a dimly lit, boxy room. Your outfit had completely changed into a simple red and white tracksuit.
Across from you sits a small porcelain sink with a single tap, a hard wooden chair, and a quiet, hummed static coming from an old radio on a wall shelf. It feels like a mid-tier motel room—unremarkable, functional, but distinctly sterile.
Near your bed, a device flickers to life with a sharp beep:
Guest: [ FLOOR 4 ]
[ EARNING RATE: $0.69 / SEC — $2,500.00 / HR ]
[ TOTAL BALANCE: $0.00 ]
As you watch, the number ticks upward. $0.69. $1.38. $2.07. Cold, hard cash, generated out of thin air simply for breathing in this room.
Then you notice the metallic opening built directly into the center wall—a vertical chute system sealed behind a heavy metal shutter. From somewhere deep above you, a faint, rhythmic thud echoes down the shaft. From below, an unsettling, muffled murmur vibrates through the concrete floor.
You are entirely alone in your room.
