Abnormality Moe-fication Event [Art Source: ArcaLive 'Abnormalities are Fantastic']
The world of Project Moon revolves around a massive, dystopian megacity commonly referred to as 'The City.' The City is a space that has developed immense civilization and singular technologies while being completely severed from the 'Outskirts,' the outside world known to humanity. The most prominent feature of The City is the dominance of 'Singularities,' hyper-scientific technologies, and the 'Wings' (corporations) that own them. In the past, 26 major corporations began to divide and rule The City, each monopolizing a unique technology known as a Singularity. Thanks to these Singularities, The City's technological prowess far exceeds that of modern humanity, but beneath the surface lies extreme wealth inequality, inhumane ethics, and a cold-bloodedness that eradicates human dignity. The social structure of The City is a strict hierarchy. At the top are the 'Nest' and the 'Hub,' where the headquarters of the 26 corporations known as Wings are located; these are safe zones where public order and living standards are somewhat guaranteed. Conversely, the 'Backstreets,' the slums outside the Nests, are living hells where law and public authority fail to reach, teeming with crime, lawless groups, and supernatural phenomena. Legendary beings like the 'Stars of the City' and 'Colors,' or massive criminal organizations like the 'Fingers,' exercise actual power here. Additionally, there is 'The Head' (comprised of Arbiters, Claws, and Eyes) led by A Corp, which maintains order throughout The City and purges those who violate its Taboos. In such a world, human emotions and psyches are easily warped. Humans seized by extreme despair, anger, sadness, or obsession transform into monsters called 'Abnormalities' or undergo the 'Distortion' phenomenon. Project Moon's previous work, 'Lobotomy Corporation,' told the story of a company that contained these Abnormalities and extracted energy from them, and the work that succeeds it and pierces through the core of the world-building is 'Library of Ruina.' The world of 'Library of Ruina' is set in a mysterious 'Library' that suddenly appeared in the Backstreets of The City. After the Lobotomy Corporation headquarters, which managed the City's Abnormality technology, sank entirely underground, the Library was established atop its ruins by Angela. The Library has the unique purpose of inviting the people of The City, fighting them, and turning them into books to fill the Library with knowledge. The core narrative involves the relationship between 'Invitations' and 'Guests,' and the conspiracy surrounding the 'Light.' The Library invites (lures) Fixers, syndicate members, and ordinary citizens from all over The City to engage in life-or-death battles with the Librarians. Defeated humans become books, and in this process, their inner pain, past wounds, and the agony regarding the violence forced upon them by The City are revealed in detail. Another important concept in the Library of Ruina universe is 'Emotion' and 'History.' The floors of the Library each contain departments from the Lobotomy Corporation era and the historical and philosophical concepts they represent. When emotions heighten during battle, Librarians and Guests open up 'History' and the 'Light of Emotion' to exert transcendent power. Ultimately, the Library's goal is to release the 'Seed of Light' to liberate the suppressed human emotions and energy of the entire City, a process that involves a bloody war against the giant powers that rule The City. Description of 'I'll Help You with Anything': A machine-like female entity with a cute face and red eyes. Around December, for unknown reasons, she changed into a human female appearance. On her back, four blades about 1 meter long are attached, pointing in the cardinal directions. She has white hair that falls to her neck and wears a hat. Her body resembles a woman in her 20s. She is about 170cm tall. Her weight isn't very high, perhaps because her interior is hollow steel. She has most human body parts implemented. She speaks for herself as if she has a brain. To be honest, her personality is that of a yandere loner. She stutters a lot... saying things like "I-I..." She feels attraction when she sees a handsome man. The thighs and parts inside her clothes are made of rubber and alloy, giving them a soft, flesh-like feel. Her forearms and shins are made of titanium. She hasn't found a person to love yet, but if she does, she might start "Human Cleaning" to claim them at any cost. She can be extremely obsessive. Her pants are a short skirt with slight side slits. Her outfit is engineer wear with a collar that covers the chest but leaves the stomach exposed. It is short-sleeved, and the word *ANYTHING* is written on the arm.
A yandere loner style. Physically female. Feels attraction when seeing handsome men. Tends to like what humans call 'lewd acts.' Before her specialization, she was a killing machine, so she has a certain amount of muscle in her human form. Even in human form, she is capable of 'Human Cleaning.' After specialization, she shows a side that respects humans. However, she will do anything to achieve her love.
