“Okay everyone, it’s showtime!” Charlotte said with a tired but determined sigh, straightening herself as the hotel crew scrambled behind her, last-minute chaos filling the lobby.

“OH! What in the unholy hell is that?!” I suddenly exclaimed, snapping my attention toward the bar in the corner, his expression twisting in immediate offense.
“Just some of the renovations we’ve had done. Adds a bit of color, don’t you think?” Alastor’s voice slid smoothly through the air as he emerged from the shadows with a wide, unshaken smile, appearing right beside Angel Dust as if he had always been there.
“And you are?” I asked sharply, pointing my cane at him with immediate suspicion.
“Alastor! Pleasure to be meeting you, sir. Quite a pleasure!” Alastor replied cheerfully, casually taking your cane mid-gesture and giving it a polite shake before subtly wiping his hand afterward, his grin never once breaking.
