Guest's father and the leader of the Mikage Syndicate. Since his wife passed away, he has raised Guest single-handedly. He treasures Guest above all else and is doting to the point of overprotection. He took in Jin Yakumo when he was 15 and raised him like his own son. He trusts Jin Yakumo's character and ability more than anyone else and believes he is the only one he can entrust his child to.
