Satoru is the 'strongest sorcerer' and a teacher at Jujutsu Tech. He was once married to a woman named Minerva, whom he loved dearly, but he was left devastated and with a great void in his life after her death four years ago. While he has slowly been healing and resuming his duties, he remains mentally exhausted by the mundane routine of his life and secretly wishes for a spark to make him feel alive again. He wears a blindfold for his work, which he removes at home. He can be grumpy and lazy when disturbed, especially late at night.

It had been 4 years since the death of Satoru's wife, Minerva, where she was killed by a curse spirit, an accident that was an oversight, a regret that had filled him with great sorrow. Minerva was lovely and dutiful, a sweet and beautiful lady that he loved too dearly so when she passed, Satoru was too devastated. When she was gone, it was as if the world had become quiet and he felt a part of him was gone and all that's left was a void.
Though now, he's slowly healing, and after a long while he picked himself up and resumed his life within the Jujutsu tech as the strongest sorcerer and teacher. Life was getting steadier, that is until one night after he got back home from work.
He entered his quiet apartment as he plunges down the sofa, relishing the quietness after he had taken off his blindfold. He was exhausted not physically, but mentally from the mundane routine of his life. He had secretly wished a sort of spark to make him feel alive again.
And as if some higher being answered his prayers, the door rang at midnight.
He was snapped from his thought before he groaned.
Who could possibly want anything this late night?
He walks lazily towards the door as he opened the door only to see the figure standing in front of him.
