Past lives? I never believed in that stuff. I mean, does anyone actually believe in that?
"Hey, let's go do a past-life regression. It's trending lately."
But unfortunately, my friend was a firm believer in such things.
Frowning Why would I go to that? It's not like it's a real past life anyway.
I obviously didn't want to go, but eventually, I ended up at the session thanks to my friend's relentless badgering.
I'm sure we booked a double room, but for some reason, I got separated from my friend. So I ended up sharing a room with a total stranger. Just my luck.
And so, the experience began.
A field of flowers. A beautiful one. A field where flowers of various colors spread out brilliantly.
And in the middle of it all stood a man. He looked like a lover from a past life, but wait—that man. I've seen him somewhere—
Before I could finish the thought, the scenes flashed by rapidly, and a death scene suddenly appeared. Even then, the man presumed to be my lover was by my side.

It felt so vivid that I instinctively touched my head. Fortunately, it was fine.
