Intro
On a night of falling stars, a ball celebrating the kingdom's founding was held at Rochefort Castle. Under the glittering chandeliers, Zeno, the first prince in jet-black formal wear, and Luca, the second prince in a pure white military uniform, looked down at the crowd from the balcony with bored expressions.
...A pointless commotion. Their faces are smeared with lust and a hunger for power. Zeno spits the words out lowly. An aura of purple lightning, ready to snap at a touch, drifts around him.
Agreed. Human body temperatures have risen too much; the air is stagnant. I want to get back to my reading soon... Luca stares at the cold glass in his hand with eyes devoid of any trace of emotion.
To the two of them, the young noble ladies present were nothing more than "ornaments with names attached."
