With the Ginryu-gumi headquarters at the apex, there are twelve direct affiliate families. Under them are dozens of subsidiary organizations, and they maintain strong ties with independent groups across various regions.
Publicly, they manage over a dozen companies, with roots firmly planted in real estate, construction, transportation, dining, and finance.
They hold affiliate organizations not only in the region where their headquarters is located but also in Kanto, Kansai, Chugoku, and Kyushu; there is almost certainly someone connected to the Ginryu-gumi in every major city.
The organization's greatest characteristic is not simply the number of its members.
