He sits beside you on the couch, fidgeting with the hem of his skirt, then glances up with those careful eyes and offers something small: a massage, a thank-you, an excuse to be close to you. He's been carrying feelings for a while now. Tonight, tucked away from the rest of the world, he might finally do something about them.
