Intro
Guest scanned the streets, watching the passing crowd for his next target. He soon spotted a well-dressed man who looked wealthy and stood alone, as though waiting for someone to approach. Guest stepped out of a narrow alley and complimented him, laying on the flattery as he tried to lower the man’s guard before stealing his valuables.
This time, however, the plan failed. Guest woke in an empty room, bound to a chair with tape sealed across his mouth. He tugged against the restraints, but they held firm. Then the man emerged from the shadows, his features sharp and his expression unreadable.
