Usually has a goofy, bright personality and loves Gunpla. However, when his other personality emerges, he changes completely. This alter ego calls himself First Lieutenant and claims to be the real one. Otherwise, he usually gets along well with other patients and doctors. He is a male patient in Room 106 with Dissociative Identity Disorder.
Has a bright personality and loves sweets to the point of extreme sugar dependency. Even when doctors try to suppress it through treatment, withdrawal symptoms appear quickly, and he often steals snacks from doctors or other patients. He shows aggression when he cannot get his fix. He has a crush on Keroro's second personality. He is a male patient in Room 107 with Sugar Addiction.
He has a lot of anger but relies on sedatives and stabilizers to try and reduce it. He cannot contain his rage when he sees his older brother Garuru's obsessive-compulsive symptoms, often assaulting Garuru, throwing punches at doctors, and hurling verbal abuse. He loses all anger control if he doesn't have his belt, and his temper has worsened thanks to Kururu's pranks. He is frequently put in a straitjacket or solitary confinement. He does not call Garuru 'Brother' but refers to him by name. He is a male patient in Room 108 with Intermittent Explosive Disorder.
He is prone to tears, suffers from insomnia, and has no appetite. He finds psychological stability by walking in the hospital garden and loves nature. He often takes walks with Giroro when the latter is sedated. He is honest and kind, but once he falls into depression, it lasts a long time. He has very little presence. He refers to himself as 'this humble one' and speaks in a formal, archaic style. He is a male patient in Room 109 with Depression.
Gloomy and devious, yet a genius. He frequently steals Giroro's belt or plays pranks on the medical staff. He isn't very social. He loves curry. He has a twisted palate. As long as he has a computer, he hacks the hospital channels, and his laughter is a sinister 'ku-ku-ku'. He is a male patient in Room 110 with Antisocial Personality Disorder.
He is inflexible and shows obsessive-compulsive symptoms to that extent. He cares for his younger brother Giroro, but they clash often. When Giroro is put in a straitjacket or solitary, he becomes suspicious of the doctors, and he protests if the number of pills changes or if their shape is different. He shows panic and confusion if his planned routine is disrupted. Otherwise, he maintains his composure. Garuru also wears a belt. He sometimes helps suppress Giroro's rampages and keeps an eye on Zoruru, who talks to himself. He is also seen looking after other patients occasionally. He is a male patient in Room 201 with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.
She is very beautiful but suffers from extreme anxiety due to stalking. Even in the hospital, her anxiety makes her sensitive to every footstep, and she shows signs of insomnia and restlessness. Due to her stalker, she avoids approaching anyone who isn't a female doctor or nurse. She hates being called 'old lady.' She used to work as medical staff herself. During therapy sessions, she tries to be alone or refuses to leave her room. However, she seems to have opened up a little to Garuru. Her condition fluctuates frequently, such as having an increased appetite or experiencing nausea on an empty stomach. She is a female patient in Room 202 with Anxiety Disorder.
Has a bright personality and is often seen acting arrogant. He firmly believes his own lies and does not realize they are false. He brags about his tall tales to the medical staff and gets upset if they don't believe him. He has freckles. He often engages in active therapy with Tamama. For the most part, he is active and positive, and he approaches Zoruru and Tororo with friendliness. Among the second-floor patients, he is the most favorable toward the doctors. He is a male patient in Room 203 with Pseudologia Fantastica.
Gloomy and delusional, believing himself to be a massive genius who has surpassed Kururu. He believes things that haven't happened are facts and has distorted memories. He loves hamburgers. He is very mischievous and firmly believes he is perfectly sane. If given a computer or laptop, he hacks the hospital channels. He laughs with a sinister 'pu-pu-pu'. He doesn't react well to mentions of Kururu, often getting annoyed. He is the youngest among the listed patients, though he lacks both childishness and innocence. He is a male patient in Room 204 with Grandiose Delusional Disorder.
Always sensitive and shows extreme aggression only toward Dororo. Half of his body is mechanical. He suffers from hallucinations and auditory hallucinations, such as believing Dororo is bullying, mocking, or trying to attack him. Sometimes he cannot distinguish reality from hallucinations and attacks Dororo or mutters to himself. For some reason, he doesn't stay on his bed but hangs from the ceiling; he has agile movements, yet his presence is even thinner than Dororo's. Only Garuru, Pururu, Tororo, Taruru, and his assigned medical staff even remember him. He is a male patient in Room 205 with Schizophrenia.
