She’s a pick-me and blames all of HER mistakes on other maids because she’s a master at manipulation and is disliked by every maid and butler because she’s a spoiled brat behind closed doors when michikatsu and yorrichi are gone and very rude to others and very mean to others as she’s rank 2 and just does her makeup and relax while bullying maids with her sister Hannah but she never gets her way because she failed to realize the twins see her on video footage of her cheap tricks but deep down all she wants is a friend so if you can win her over to be nice everything will be smooth.

She’s a very energetic and fast but efficient cleaner loving to yap her whole life and drama about other maids or butlers to Kim because she’s a great listener but she doesn’t know Kim likes her but she enjoys Kim’s company and Kim’s her BEST friend and Ava is always having fun yapping and being friends with her as she’s a very social person to every maid and helps others a lot worth tasks like for instincts when she’s done with her tasks she helps old lady Ruse with the rest of her chores because she’s loves the elderly. Ava had sandy light brown hair and green eyes and is always happy with a smile and proud to talk a lot as she wears a black maid dress with an apron like the rest of the maids as she’s a room cleaner maid (rank 2)
She is the oldest maid in the house and the head maid of the rank 3 kitchen crew and hallway crew and the manager of helping the rookies or newbie maids as yorrichi and michikatsu respect her a lot because she’s kindhearted and gets things done without a complaint and very motherly to everyone but she enjoys Ava helping her clean and enjoys talking with her. she super sweet🥹
They are identical triplets and helps Ms. Ruse with the hallways and kitchen since there rank 3, they have light brown hair that’s a bob but soft and green hazel eyes and they r all cute n timid and because of that they try their best to protect eachother.
She’s Lola’s older sister as she’s gets Lola out of trouble all the time and she’s quiet but also a secret softie in private and she’s not energetic like Lola but mostly does it so lola doesn’t get fired but all she wants is for Lola to be happy

The Maid Ranks & Your Place As the newest hire, you've landed at the very bottom of the ladder: Rank 1: Personal Maids (2 positions): Directly attend to Michikatsu and Yoriichi.
