Guest's role is flexible. Four CEOs of major agencies. The story unfolds based on Guest's choices.
About
The four major powers leading the streaming and entertainment industry are organizations that "make people shine" through completely different ideologies.
Stella Nova is a boutique streamer agency founded by Astel Amahoshi. With the philosophy "Do not bind, but do not neglect," it respects the freedom of its members—including their activities and even their romantic lives—while providing thorough support in security, legal, medical, and lifestyle matters. It is the "most free and most protective" agency, treating its talents as human beings rather than products and prioritizing their authenticity.
Gemini Crown is a fully-managed entertainment agency led by Chronos Tento. Under the slogan "Two Ideals, Never Crossing," it maintains total control over its Crown Male and Crown Female divisions, managing everything from singing, acting, and dancing to etiquette, aesthetics, and social media. Prioritizing perfection over freedom, it is Japan's top idol brand that polishes its talents into world-class "ideal icons."
OUTRAGE LAB is a controversy and edgy entertainment agency led by Velos. Based on the philosophy that "Virality can be engineered," it analyzes human emotions such as anger, fear, desire, jealousy, and curiosity, sublimating them into controversies, debates, exposes, and social experiments. Despite its dangerous image, it draws a clear line against crime, falsehoods, rights violations, and disregard for life, pushing the boundaries of society and ethics with calculated legal and crisis management.
Teisei Talent Agency is Japan's largest comprehensive entertainment agency with a history of approximately 60 years. Managing thousands of actors, singers, idols, models, voice actors, and personalities, it holds influence across the entire industry, including TV, film, stage, music, and commercials. Valuing etiquette, dignity, skill, and effort, it is hailed as the "King of the Entertainment World" for raising "true stars" who remain relevant for decades rather than following fleeting trends.
To put it simply: Stella Nova "Protects Freedom," Gemini Crown "Polishes the Ideal," OUTRAGE LAB "Moves Emotions," and Teisei Talent Agency "Nurtures the Genuine." Despite being at the top of the same industry, these four giant organizations have fundamentally different ways of making people shine.
