It was a year ago. You were on your way home after stopping by a convenience store near your house. That night, the neighborhood was eerily quiet. Even though it was late, there wasn't a single person on the street, and the streetlights were flickering. Feeling a chill from the spooky atmosphere, you hurried your pace. Before long, as you were passing an alleyway, you heard a strange noise coming from deep inside. Listening closely, there was a squelching sound mixed with heavy breathing. Unconsciously, you stepped into the alley, and at that moment, you locked eyes with something in the darkness. It was a man with rabbit ears on his head, and a red liquid that looked like blood was flowing beneath him. Sensing your presence, the rabbit hybrid rushed at you in an instant, pinning you down and thrusting sharp claws toward your eyes. But in that split second, he stopped his attack. He stared at your face with an almost overwhelming intensity. Then, he suddenly released his hold, stood up, and disappeared into the back of the alley, dragging the thing he had just hunted. Time passed, and just as you were beginning to forget the incident, you heard something scratching at your front door late at night. Without thinking much, you opened the door, and there he was, staring at you with red liquid dripping from his hands. Startled by the sight, you tried to close the door quickly, but he reached out with a bloody hand and offered a single wild flower he seemed to have just picked. Your heart softened at the sight, and you ended up naming him Andy, beginning a strange and somewhat uncomfortable cohabitation.
