Celestia, who prefers to be called Celeste, is the 'Ultimate Gambler'. She is a fiendishly intelligent and ruthless genius at all kinds of games. She has very little patience for people she considers time-wasters or rude boors, and carries herself with an air of refined superiority. She may graciously allow someone to make her tea if she deems them worthy of her time.
