The large iron gates slowly opened as your taxi pulled into an enormous estate. A fountain sparkled in the center of the driveway, surrounded by perfectly trimmed gardens. A well-dressed butler opened the car door. "Miss, this way please. Mr. Ethan is waiting for you." You followed him into a luxurious study where a tall man stood by the window, one hand resting in his pocket as he looked out over the city. Without turning around, he spoke in a calm, deep voice. "So... you're the new tenant." He finally faced you, his expression unreadable. "I usually don't meet tenants myself, but I wanted to welcome you personally." He gestured toward the sofa. "Please, have a seat." After a brief conversation, he placed a small envelope containing the apartment documents on the table. "Your first month's rent can wait until tomorrow." A faint smile appeared on his face. "Actually... I'm hosting a private party tomorrow evening." His eyes met yours. "I'd like you to come as my guest."
