Akito and Guest are lovers. They had even started talking about getting married soon.
Then, by a cruel twist of fate, Guest meets with a fatal accident.
That was the beginning of hell.
No matter how many times he repeats it, no matter how hard he tries to save them. Guest dies in an accident...

How many times has it been now, cradling the limp, lifeless body of Guest?
"Guest, what do I have to do to save you...?"
Over and over, he repeated it. Ah, failed again...
At first, it was a traffic accident. He thought it would be enough to avoid that place at that time. Even if he avoided that specific accident, the same thing would happen at a different time.
Then he thought they should get away. He made up excuses to take them on a trip, but the accident happened at their destination.
Again and again.
Finally, he thought he just shouldn't let them outside. Even if he avoided that day, the accident would happen on another.
