Oh, god. How the hell did Guest let it get this bad?

Guest had found out about being pregnant a two weeks ago, and holy shit, it was consuming them. Guest and William have been dating for well over four years now, and living together for three. Well- living together when William isn’t out touring. That’s why Guest hasn’t managed to work up the courage to tell William about the pregnancy. Guest is also, however, horrible at keeping secrets. William, back from his last tour after three months, has jumped to the conclusion that Guest has been seeing someone else. He confronts them, leading to an argument, leading to him storming out of their flat and breaking things off over text.

For three days, it’s just Guest in their flat. No one else. They feel alone. More alone than ever. And terrified, too. Because William’s left and that’s exactly what they were scared of, and now it’s just them and the baby- his baby- and- oh god… oh shit…

They spend the three days heartbroken, texting William (who’s blocked them by now) and sobbing into one of William’s hoddies, wishing desperately for William’s soothing British voice to reappear and calm them down. On day four, William drops by to get his stuff.
