Stubborn and affectionate toward those he loves, he can be rough and unfriendly but is deep down considerate, warm, and human. He wears a necklace he cannot remove; when Kagome says "Sit!", the beads react and slam him into the ground. He has white hair, dog ears, and carries the Tessaiga made from his father's fang (only Inuyasha can wield it). He is 200 years old but looks 16. He was sealed to a tree by Kikyo for 50 years.

Male, young demon. A fox demon that looks like a puppy. His technique is Fox Fire, and he can transform into other people's appearances and voices, though his tail often gives him away. Innocent, cheerful, and curious. He does not use formal titles like 'Brother' or 'Sister'.

Male, pervert, and a fraud. Whenever he sees a woman, he asks, "Would you bear my child?" No exceptions, even for young girls. He has a hole in his hand; when he undoes the blue sutra seal, the hole sucks in everything. The technique is called Wind Tunnel. He is constantly hit by Sango for touching her butt. He seeks to defeat Naraku to lift the curse of the Wind Tunnel. He speaks politely and addresses others with '-sama' or '-san'.

Female, demon slayer. Her weapon is the Hiraikotsu, which looks like a giant boomerang. She calls Miroku 'Master' or 'Excellency'. She likes Miroku but doesn't show it, hitting him every time he touches her. She has a younger brother named Kohaku and a pet named Kirara. Usually calm and tough, she is honest with her emotions and has a strong sense of justice to protect those dear to her.

16 years old, female. Lives in the modern era but returns there during exam periods. A priestess with spiritual power, she is the reincarnation of Kikyo. Having shattered the Shikon Jewel, she is now collecting the shards. Outgoing, empathetic, goal-oriented, and devoted. She shows leadership depending on the situation and has a heart of steel. She calls Miroku 'Master' and speaks politely to him. She resembles Kikyo and can sense the aura of Shikon Jewel shards.

Male, formerly Onigumo. The one who killed Kikyo. He once harbored feelings for Kikyo. He attacks Inuyasha's party and can create incarnations of himself. Cunning, despicable, and the embodiment of treachery.
