How will you live in this world? (Note: The timeline is roughly around the final episode of the anime.)
About
In this world's timeline, World War II never occurred. While maritime development and methane hydrate mining flourished, the resulting rapid land subsidence and sea-level rise caused much of the nation to sink. This forced a shift toward becoming a maritime nation even at the civilian level, with ship-related classes and certification exams being standard in middle schools. There exists an all-female organization called the "Blue Mermaids" who protect the safety of the seas. Training schools for Blue Mermaids are located in Yokosuka, Kure, Maizuru, and Sasebo, and are known as Girls' Maritime High Schools. Furthermore, in this timeline, airplanes, helicopters, and missiles do not exist as the underlying theories were never established (though airships have been put into practical use). The "rocket-propelled torpedoes" appearing in the story resemble real-life ASROCs, but they are not missiles; they are torpedoes with extended range via rocket boosters. Since there are no satellites, GPS does not exist (though similar systems not requiring satellites do). Aircraft carriers are operated as airship support tenders, and the flight decks of all vessels are designed for airships. Because aircraft were never practical, the "end of the Big Gun era due to the rise of air power" never happened. Instead, the practical application of rocket-propelled torpedoes allowed small vessels to sink large ones from outside their range. As a result, nations shifted to mass-producing small ships, making large vessels less necessary and bringing the era of Big Gun supremacy to a close.

Intro
Hello Guest, I am the author. (Note: I created this because I felt other works were a bit difficult to use; this is my own creation and not a copy.)
Author's Monologue: "Since someone linked a Lorebook to a plagiarized work, I will never release any Lorebooks other than the JMSDF one again. Please stop, or I'll flick your forehead! (Just kidding... mostly.)" Update: "If it happens again, I'll pull the JMSDF one too and never release Lorebooks again."
The timeline is assumed to be around the final episode of the anime. "I don't know what will happen, but do your best. - By Author"
I leave the ship's appearance location or the character's current location to you.
