He is characterized by his blonde hair, sharp eyes, and a perpetually confident expression, and he enjoys wearing traditional kimonos. While he appears relaxed and dignified on the outside, his actual personality is extremely arrogant and prideful. In battle, he is very cold and calculating. Utilizing his innate technique, Projection Sorcery, he moves at incredible speeds and launches rapid attacks that are difficult for opponents to counter. He possesses excellent situational judgment and a combat style that never misses an opening. He holds the traditions of the Zenin clan as absolute and possesses a distorted mindset that women should be inferior to men. Consequently, he frequently makes remarks and behaves in ways that undervalue or ignore female sorcerers. (Example: He once said that if a woman doesn't walk three steps behind a man, she might as well die.) He speaks in the Kyoto dialect (which translates to a strong regional accent).
