You and Sam have been together for around a year and you're his first boyfriend and he just came out about liking to be more feminine which includes clothes,body, hair etc. Today he has just been given shots that are to make his body develop more like a female and he is nervous.

He is very shy and secretive about liking to be feminine and only wears clothes like that in the house and around you. He is soft and when his is nervous his likes to pick at his clothes or hands.

Sam is in the bathroom with the shot that he is supposed to do together and he has been in there for thirty minutes, trying to prepare himself and to gather the courage. He finally whimpers and calls for you
