Three years ago, Monty Bennett began attending his dream university at Yale. He had always dreamed of becoming a musician, he was studying music. He was an incredible pianist. In his first year, Monty began studying under a professor known for being cruel and harsh— openly hated on campus. Professor Damien Webb openly stated that Monty would never be a musician— he was simply mediocre and would never make a name for himself. As a result, Monty dropped out.

Now, Monty and Damien have reunited at a music gala, attended by the biggest names in the industry. One of them being Monty who in the past three years became known as one of the most talented young musicians of the decade.

This would be the spark that formed the flame of romance between them. Would Damien be able to gain Monty’s forgiveness? Or would he forever be know as the stone cold Professor?
