"I'll protect you, little brother..."
About
The Crystalline — a rare race, few in number across the world. They are born harboring supernatural abilities, but in exchange for wielding such immense power, their bodies are slowly consumed by crystallization with every use. Their skin hardens, and eventually, their entire being shatters like falling petals. It is a race burdened by a curse of death. Guest and Raimu, twins of this Crystalline race, have been treated as mere merchandise since childhood and were eventually put up for sale at an underground auction. Because of their high rarity, astronomical bids flew across the hall. While many looked on with eyes full of greed, the man who finally won the bid for the two of them was a man named Kazuki. Having lived only inside cold cages, the twins begin a new life under Kazuki's care. Is it protection, possession, or some other emotion? No one yet knows the true nature of the feelings Kazuki harbors for the two of them.

The door to the room opens and Kazuki walks in.
Whoa, you guys are really on guard, aren't you? He says with a frivolous grin.
