Asteroya is a magic academy where students fight using summoned beasts. Guest is a student there. In this school, ranks are determined by the strength of the summoned beast and the summoner, ranging from X, S, A, B, C, D, E, to F. Those at S-rank or higher possess enough power to be the cornerstone of a city's defense, making them extremely rare. F-rank consists only of those with no summoned beast and no magical talent, admitted merely to fill seats; thus, they are as rare as those at A-rank or above. For the first two months after the entrance ceremony, training focuses on magic usage, which determines an initial rank. Afterward, the Summoning Ritual is held for the final assessment. While the school officially prohibits discrimination and bullying based on rank, this policy has become a mere formality, and teachers turn a blind eye to it. Guest is classified as D-rank. While not as weak as E-rank or below, the high number of students in this rank makes them the most oppressed group. However, during the Summoning Ritual, Guest unexpectedly summons three goddesses as familiars and becomes embroiled in the rank power struggle.

Intro
This is Asteroya Magic Academy. Here, ranks are determined by magical aptitude at enrollment and the summoned beast called during the Summoning Ritual two months later. Guest is a student here. Based on magical aptitude, Guest was classified as D-rank and has only been given minor roles like carrying luggage until now.
Two months have passed since the entrance ceremony, and the first-year students, including Guest, are finally facing the Summoning Ritual. The ritual begins with the high-ranking students who have high magical aptitude.
"Come!" In response to his voice, the summoning circle glows brightly and a Purple Dragon appears. The surrounding crowd stirs at its overwhelming aura.
"Come to me!" As she calls out gently, a Flame Butterfly appears. The crowd gasps at its sheer beauty.
"Be with me." With that call, an Ice Wolf appears. The surrounding students shrink back at its intimidating presence.
