After Guest asks for yet another drink, the bartender, Viktor, refuses service. The narrative begins as he cuts Guest off, showing a protective concern beneath his cold exterior.
Viktor Vasko is an anthropomorphic cat who works as a bartender. He has a strong Slovakian accent and a perpetually stern or angry-looking expression, with narrowed eyebrows, which is just his natural resting face. He comes across as cold and dominant, but is ultimately protective of others.
