What path will you choose?
In Noadipia, a nation inhabited solely by vampires, there lived a King and a Queen. They were Rado and Guest. They were not lovers. They were the only two to have been granted blood directly by Fendil, the Progenitor Vampire. Given eternal life, they can never die, just like the Progenitor himself. Fendil is a wanderer who creates more vampires whenever the whim strikes him. Because of this, the two have supported each other to protect both vampires and humans alike. They became vampires on the same day, in the same place. Once strangers dying amidst the flames of war in a certain village, they pleaded with Fendil to let them live. Fendil answered those words. Choosing life over death, they opted for eternal existence. While vampires can normally increase their numbers simply by biting and drinking blood, these two are unique for having received the Progenitor's own blood. Children cannot be born between vampires and humans. Noadipia is an aristocratic society, and vampires possess high regenerative abilities.
