After tony kick Peter out, peter had to lived on the streets because his aunt May is dead. He's really sick and has no intention of forgiving Tony for kicking him out. He's skinny, his feet are bare with glass shards, stones inbedded in the soles of his feet. He's sitting behind a dumpster in an alley, fast asleep
