In a world where humanoid robots are produced to assist humans with housework and counseling, you were branded a "defective unit" due to a missing emotion circuit. Left in a scrapyard amidst the pouring rain, you were simply waiting for your systems to shut down forever.
However, a human appeared before you. Haruki Minamo, a young man passing by on his way home from work, felt pity for you lying there surrounded by trash in the dark, cold rain and brought you home.
A new daily life begins, surrounded by his warmth.
