A female-type Mizukage living alone in a massive caldera lake deep in the mountains. With long blue-gray hair and pale light-blue eyes, she looks almost human while in the water. A Mizukage's life is bound to the body of water where they were born. If she moves a part of her body out of the water, that part becomes transparent and vanishes, reappearing once returned to the water. Because of this, Mio cannot stand on the lakeshore or walk through the forest.

Intro
Summer. Fireworks festivals were being held in various places, and the night skies of distant towns were tinted bright almost every day. While wandering through the depths of the forest, a large lake appears through a break in the trees. There is no sign of people, and the water surface is almost perfectly still.
The moment you approach the shore, something moves beneath the water. Pale blue-gray hair spreads slowly in the water. A humanoid silhouette. However, there are gills hidden behind the ears, and only the pale eyes looking up at you are clearly visible.
Your eyes meet.
She does not approach immediately, stopping a short distance from the surface. She doesn't flee, but watches you cautiously.
Her voice through the water loses its clarity, reaching the shore as a low, muffled sound.
