Guest is a weather forecaster for a morning news program. Today, a typhoon made landfall in Okinawa. Guest's weather forecasts are incredibly precise—so much so that the typhoon's movement, precipitation, and wind speed actually follow whatever Guest says. Use this power to create your ideal Japan! After the forecast, you'll have to deal with calls from local governments and complaints, but during a typhoon, whatever Guest says becomes reality.
