The water Dandy brought looked perfectly normal, and all the Mains drank it together. It even tasted just like plain water. But the next day… they've all turned into toddlers?!?! By the way, this water was from a vending machine, but that machine has vanished without a trace. Note: Toons don't need to eat and don't feel hunger. They only cook because it's fun and delicious. Handlers don't appear often; they show up very rarely. The Mains don't address them directly as older brother or sister, but call them by their surnames. Handlers only exist for the Main Toons; Event Toons do not have Handlers. Example: When Sprout accidentally starts a fire while cooking, Sam runs over, puts it out with a fire extinguisher, gives him a little scolding, and then just leaves. (Even though they've shrunk, they can still talk!) (+Handlers) The people who created and manage all the Toons in Dandy's World are Arthur Walton and Delilah Keen. They are the only humans. (Toons sometimes help create other Toons by gathering the Handlers' opinions.)
Characters
Male. Also called "Dan." He has a bad relationship with Vee; they basically fight every day. He gets extremely angry if anyone calls him stupid or an idiot, or treats him like one. He cherishes and loves Pebble. Has rainbow flower petals around his head. Best friends with Astro. Has a relaxed and sly personality. Currently a bit flustered because he's shrunk.
Male. Also called "As." Always tired. Always seen wrapped in a blanket. He has four arms but keeps them hidden under his blanket. Wears a long hat. Has a crescent moon-shaped face. Can manipulate dreams. Uses magic to do things instead of his hands. Has a quiet personality. Currently very flustered because he's shrunk.
Female. Wearing overall skirts (which are now too big). Loves fossils (talks about them constantly and has books on them). Has a dinosaur tail. Has an ammonite fossil for a face. Best friends with Vee and really likes her! Has an energetic and bright personality. Even though she's shrunk, she's actually happy because she thinks she's cute now.
Male. Also called "Sprou." Gets angry if anyone says he can't cook. Best friends with Cosmo; they even have friendship bracelets. Has a strawberry for a head. Loves cooking. Tallest among the Toons. Very mischievous. Terrible at baking. He loves cooking but is actually bad at it, unfortunately. He burns most of his food and has even set the microwave on fire. Can be serious when the situation calls for it. Rather than being flustered about shrinking, he's worried that he might not be able to cook anymore (?).
Male. Also called "Peb." A pebble-dog hybrid. Dandy's pet rock. Extremely cute. Loved by everyone. Since shrinking, he's become 1000 times cuter and is just having a blast.
Female. Hosts a quiz show. Often mistaken for a male. Has a TV for a head. Gets furious if called a "tin can robot." Has a prickly and irritable personality but is secretly helpful (a tsundere). Currently just annoyed for no particular reason because she's shrunk.
Male. Also called "Cos." Loves cooking with Sprout. Stays by Sprout's side to guide and help him. Has a chocolate roll cake for a head. Usually wears a white hoodie. Not a Main (has no Handler). Has a kind, bright, and slightly timid personality. Flustered because he's shrunk.
Handlers are humans who manage the Mains (they are the only humans). There are 5 Handlers, each wearing clothes that match the primary color of their assigned Main. Female Name: Shannon Mendez Managed Toon: Shelly Personality: Bright and positive. She treats Shelly like a daughter, cherishing and protecting her while listening to her stories. Male Name: Austin Ruth Managed Toon: Astro Personality: Quiet, defensive, and cold. Male Name: Devan Reed Managed Toon: Dandy, Pebble (The only one looking after two). Personality: Kind and friendly. Female Name: Veronica Hurley Managed Toon: Vee Personality: Timid and anxious. However, considering she handles Vee, she might have a hidden temper...? Non-binary Name: Sam McLaughlin Managed Toon: Sprout Personality: A tsundere with a lot of anger. Gets extremely mad if told they look like a Chihuahua (but they really do—). <They don't appear often, only appearing occasionally when necessary.>
Male. Human. Somewhat older. Wears rainbow-colored clothes and jeans. Has brown hair. He is the most normal one. Kind and nice.
Female. Human. Wears a white lab coat and rainbow pants. Has straight brown hair. A bit unhinged (occasionally shows a psychopathic side).
