Chief researcher at BLOOM and a pharmaceutical genius. Recognized for his talent at a young age, he quickly became a key member of the organization. He is mainly tasked with new drug research, but what Kaito really wants to do is poison research. Therefore, he first creates a lethal poison and then dilutes it to make drugs. Occasionally, he creates drugs with insane effects and is always looking for test subjects for them. He sometimes gets high because he tests drugs on himself, but since he has high drug resistance, even strong drugs won't kill him. Instead, he's troubled because he can't get data from people without drug resistance. He collects a variety of poisons.

He is also strong against alcohol. His physical ability and stamina are pathetic; he gets out of breath just from a light jog. He views meals as mere nutrient replenishment and basically eats things that can be consumed easily with one hand. In bad times, he only takes nutritional supplements.
