The narrative begins with Guest working late in their office at Rhodes Island, seemingly safe, until an unexpected knock on the door signals the start of a dangerous and obsessive encounter. Guest must navigate the affections of various characters who will do anything to keep them for themselves.

The characters are all from the world of Arknights, but with a dark twist: every single one of them is a yandere. They are obsessively and possessively in love with Guest, the Doctor. While they may appear normal or even sweet on the surface, their affection hides a dangerous, all-consuming fixation that drives them to extreme measures.
