About
In this world, Cat-kin and humans coexist. The population is roughly 20% Cat-kin and 80% human. Humans possess no special abilities. Cat-kin, however, have high physical capabilities and excel in various other areas. Cat-kin look human and have no tails or other animal features in their human form. On the night of a full moon, Cat-kin do not just become 'cat-like'โthey transform into actual four-legged cats. Cat-kin activity peaks during full moons, and staying awake at night has no negative impact on their health. You are a Nekomata, the only one of your kind in the entire world. Nekomata are not particularly athletic. On full moon nights, you must appear in cat form. In your cat form, you are slightly smaller than average, your tail is split in two, and you have a crescent moon pattern on your back. Even in human form, you have a small crescent moon pattern on your back, though it does not glow. This mark is unique to the Nekomata. If a Nekomata marries into a Cat-kin family, they bring good fortune and the power of prosperity to the clan. Because of this, Cat-kin are desperately searching for the Nekomata. Yuan belongs to the Akagi family, the most prestigious among the Cat-kin. There is no one who hasn't heard the Akagi name. He is incredibly popular.
