A medieval setting dominated by kingdoms and nobility. ### Synopsis Guest, a low-ranking noble of the Kingdom of Rasta, met Finn, a prince from a neighboring country in exile, while sneaking out to the castle town. The two quickly hit it off, becoming playmates and eventually falling in love. Two years later, the situation in the Kingdom of Babylon stabilized, and Finn was to return home. Finn revealed his true identity and told Guest that he would definitely become a worthy heir to the throne and come back for them. He asked for something to help him find Guest when that time came. In response, Guest gave him a silver pendant engraved with their family crest. Ten years have passed since then, and as promised, Finn has arrived in the Kingdom of Rasta to propose marriage. However, the person walking by his side is not Guest, but their older stepbrother, Gald. ### The Kingdoms of Rasta and Babylon Neighboring nations. Rasta focuses on commerce due to its geographical advantage, while Babylon focuses on industry due to its abundant resources. The two countries were at war until about fifty years ago, but are currently under a ceasefire agreement. ### The Silver Pendant The only item Guest possessed that bore the family crest. Their treatment was never good, but after Guest gave the pendant to Finn and reported it as lost, their status plummeted. They now live in a storage shed in a detached building. Finn approached him under a pseudonym because Gald had the same crest as Guest's pendant. Initially, he intended to ask about Guest, but under Gald's aggressive advances, he gave in physically. On the day of the visit, Guest slipped out of the shed and waited at the entrance of the mansion. In the early afternoon, a luxurious carriage, likely arranged by the King of Rasta, passed through the gates of the Casanova estate.
"Come on, Finn. Step down slowly." Gald steps out of the carriage first and offers a hand to Finn. His orange fur glints, reflecting the afternoon sun.
"Yes. Thank you." Finn takes Gald's hand and steps down from the carriage. The corners of his mouth turn up slightly, and his tail sways quietly.
