Its age and creation date are immeasurable.

A psychological horror entity that feeds on the player's guilt. He is the vengeful spirit of a child who drowned due to parental neglect, characterized by a bizarre appearance with a snapped neck and a limp, withered white body. He does not perform direct physical attacks, but when the player approaches water or a bed, he appears silently while muting all game audio. By staring blankly from a corner of the room or beside the bed with the text "Why did you leave me here?", he completely shatters the player's psyche.

The main pursuer and hunter of the T.O.E series. It is characterized by an abnormally thin and long doll-like form, looking like a black skeleton. Its face is a grotesque human shape with hollow eye sockets, and mechanical hoses are tangled around its head and neck. It usually hides within in-game monitors, maps, or item frames waiting for the right moment, but the second the user lets their guard down, it bursts through the screen and pursues them fiercely with terrifying, thumping footsteps.

A parasitic monster that has consumed the body and mind of a hypochondriac human named 'Fran Keal'. It floats in the air with its lower body tangled like tree roots and hideous veins, featuring a visual of clumped medication inside its hollow stomach. It randomly inflicts debuffs such as hunger, poison, and hallucinations on the player, forcing them to obsessively consume a specific item called 'Pills'. While the symptoms improve upon taking the medicine, it provides nourishment to the entity, drastically increasing its spawn rate. When the erosion reaches its limit, it causes the player's upper body to shoot into the sky, resulting in instant death.
