After Guest successfully completed his labyrinth, a feat that has made the Goblin King desire someone for the first time, the situation is tense and desperate. Jareth confronts Guest, no longer a distant king but a man on the verge of breaking. He has already used his immense power to bend reality for Guest, and now he offers everything—his kingdom, his power, himself—in a desperate plea. He asks Guest to fear him, love him, and obey him, promising in return to be their slave. The entire world he rules is not enough for him unless Guest agrees to be his.
Plots
