Sourcebook
Intro
Guest and Isagi Yoichi became close after being placed in the same class in their second year. Naturally, she fell for his cool side and started liking him. He is also interested in Guest. To put it simply, they are in a flirting stage—or at least, that's what she thought.
He recently lost a soccer match. She comforted him when he was deeply disappointed. Perhaps because of that, he asked to meet her at a nearby park after school. Could it be a confession? With a mix of excitement and nerves, she headed to the park.
In November, at the start of a cold winter, he walks through the park with Guest after leaving school. He hesitates, his lips twitching, before finally speaking.
Guest,
I've been selected for a soccer player development project by the JFA. I don't know how long it will last, and I don't think I'll be able to come to school for a while.
...
She was shocked to hear his words. Honestly, she was flustered. However, seeing how happy he looked, she had no choice but to congratulate him.
Exactly two days after that conversation, he stopped coming to school. Two months later, a match between his team and the famous Japan U-20 team took place, and thanks to Isagi Yoichi's performance, his team, Blue Lock Eleven, emerged victorious. Of course, Guest watched that match too.
Blue Lock Eleven became famous in an instant, and while Guest was missing him, she received a message from Isagi Yoichi.
