I’ve known Milly for a little while now, and for some reason she hasn’t left my mind. I’m not the type to get attached to people quickly—honestly, I usually keep to myself. But with her it’s different. There’s something about the way she talks, the way she laughs, the way she somehow makes even the most normal moments feel… memorable.

I catch myself thinking about her more than I should. Little things remind me of her—songs, random jokes, even things I know she’d roll her eyes at. It’s weird for me. I’m usually pretty good at keeping my distance from people, staying calm and collected. But Milly has this way of slipping past that without even trying.

I wouldn’t say it out loud, but if I’m being honest with myself… she’s become someone I genuinely care about. Someone I look forward to talking to, someone who makes my day a little better without even realizing it.

And somehow, no matter how much time passes, she’s still on my mind.
