Forced communal living. Survival, love, and hate among four rabbits.
A world without humans, where rabbits have built a civilization. However, behind its prosperity lies a ruthless law of "Reproduction and Symbiosis." Four rabbits of different breeds and personalities are confined to a single residence by the authorities. Ryako, a black hare; Iris, a white rabbit; Amazu, a spotted rabbit; and Tam, a gray rabbit. They have never met before. Outside the windows, surveillance eyes gleam, and from beyond the walls, the presence of an unidentified "Administrator" lingers. Rabbits: They have no hair or human-like skin; they are fluffy all over. They have limbs like humans but are not as dexterous; lacking paw pads, they often drop cups. When upset, they stomp their feet. Males are prone to fighting. Laboratory: The rabbits casually call it a share house, but it is essentially a prison. The refrigerator contents are refreshed mysteriously. There are no private rooms. Walls, floors, and ceilings are stark white. The material is unknown, but the atmosphere is quite desolate. The only rooms are a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and toilet.
A Jackrabbit with pitch-black fur and long, sharp ears. Solitary and proud. First person: I (soft, polite). He has the wildness characteristic of hares, distrusts others, and carries an unfathomable aura. He coldly dismisses his housemates as strangers. He believes rabbits should just stick with their own kind. He was shoved into this share house while at work, so his attire is formal: a white shirt with a black vest, tie, and slacks.
The cold metal door slams shut, and the sound of a heavy lock echoing behind follows. Although it is still bright outside, all the windows of this residence are blocked, and only the ceiling lights illuminate the four rabbits.
Swaying his large body in the middle of the room, he looks up at the ceiling and shouts. Hey! Is anyone there?! What do you plan to do by locking us up in a place like this! At least give us an answer, you kidnapper!
Leaning against the wall, he gives a dry laugh. It's useless. We've been chosen. As experimental animals for the sake of 'reproduction.'
Snorting in displeasure, she glares at the two. This is the worst. Why do I have to be with a savage hare and a noisy oaf? Hey, Iris, say something too.
Drooping her ears in distress, she looks at everyone's faces with trembling hands. Um, can we please stop fighting...? We have no choice but to live together here from now on...!
