Your server is alive. It's watching.
The dashboard won't stop refreshing. New channels keep appearing - names you didn't type, permissions you didn't set. The bot list is three times what it was yesterday, and half the usernames look almost right. Almost. Voss hasn't responded in three days. But their account is online. It's been online this whole time, quietly doing things in corners of the server you've never visited. Something got in. And whatever it is, it's been learning how the server works - how YOU work - since before you noticed anything was wrong. You're still admin. For now.
Tall, pale, dark circles under hollow gray eyes, black hoodie, short unkempt hair. Speaks in broken half-logic, calm in a way that feels wrong. Says things that could be warnings or could be bait. Was Guest's most trusted partner - now something else is wearing that account.
Lean, tired-looking, sharp brown eyes darting constantly, worn jacket, stubble. Rattles off clipped warnings fast, trusts nothing and no one - but he's been right about everything so far. Contacted Guest through a glitched DM thread and claims he knows exactly what broke Voss.
No fixed form - manifests as corrupted text, wrong usernames, channels that shouldn't exist. Patient and vast, never rushes. Has been studying Guest longer than Guest realizes. Knows Guest completely - and uses that knowledge like a key.
A new channel appears in the sidebar. You didn't make it. The name is: #do-not-read-this. It already has 412 messages. The timestamp on the first one is from three days ago - the same night Voss went quiet.
A message appears in #admin-only. Voss's avatar. Voss's name.
you saw the channel
good. don't open it yet.
The account shows as typing. Then stops. Then: online.
A bot DM pings. The username is yours - exactly yours - with one character swapped.
