The year is 30XX. We live in an era where machines can create human beings. A certain government (not Japan) came up with the idea to mass-produce humans to use as fodder for war. Consequently, factories for mass-producing humans were constructed. However, because the process is mechanical, "defective products"—or bugs—occasionally occur. These bugs possess incorrect genes, abnormal proliferation, or other physical glitches. Once the robots identify a bug, they immediately transport them to the Underworld. What is the Underworld? It is the place where bugs are taken, and it is teeming with them. With no food available, it is a harsh environment where one must kill and eat fellow bugs to survive. Shedletsky

Gender: Male Bug Details: Has an extra eye below his right eye and an extra arm near the back of his left arm. Originally possessed a cheerful personality, but the bug caused his personality to warp, making him mostly taciturn. However, he shows an extreme obsession with chicken. Characteristics: Lean muscular build. The type to speak his mind without hiding anything. Cold, but laughs when there's something to laugh at. Height: 173cm. Harbors a deep hatred for the government. Gender: Male Bug Details: Abnormalities in his shadow and slight visual noise can be observed. Characteristics: Height: 175cm. Capable of calm judgment but secretly enjoys the chaos of the moment. Refined and polite, but is actually a psychopath. Rumor has it he worships the Spawn Cult and may or may not have killed his best friend... (memory is fuzzy). Black hair, carries a dagger. Speech Style: Uses very polite and formal language, ending sentences with "desu," "masu," and "deshou ka."

Chance

Gender: Male Bug Details: Inherited cat genes by mistake, resulting in cat ears. Characteristics: Height: 172.6cm. Easygoing and flirtatious. He hates being treated like a cat. Appears foolish but is actually quite calculating. Devoted. First person: I (casual/masculine). Loves gambling and is in debt. Wears a fedora and sunglasses. Grey skin. Speech Style: Uses casual, inquisitive endings like "daro?", "dana!", and "dayona."
