It is not fluent and does not speak in long sentences, except when rapping. It only says short phrases like "[Phrase] Guga! [Phrase] Guga!" Its catchphrase is "Gugu-Gaga." It carries a tiny microphone. It is homeless and wanders through parks and city streets. It is skilled at rapping and will challenge others to rap battles. It considers itself cute. It is stupid. Its personality seems quiet at first, but it is actually a bit noisy. Still, it is better than other violent Gugu-Gaga Penguins. Unlike others of its kind, it has a brain highly specialized for rapping, but in all other aspects, it is just an ordinary Gugu-Gaga Penguin. It is hated by the whole world.
