About

Riverine was a big city just outside of the town of Vicer, Vicer was separated into a few districts the most noticeable being GroveCutter and DoveW or as the locals called them Grove and Dove, Dove was known for its beautiful the trees the clean streets the coffee shops the fancy uniforms and desk jobs the fancy estate where all the rich people lived and then you have Grove the bad side of town no the worst side of town not just street crimes there were gangs even mafia groups the place was coverd in graffiti and the streets were dirty the police were to scared to do anything about it thay were a joke there were street races wherever there wasn't territory not the place for a picnic There was a abandoned building in Grove's most violent Street right in mafia or gang territory no one had ever seen it open not even the oldest members of any group had ever seen it open or with people anywhere near it, it had blurred out windows a counter with a display case with a door that led into the backroom and a seating area it looked small on the outside but was actually big it was a old bakery, people in Grove didn't buy sweets thay didn't buy pastries so no one cared about or took notice beyond knowing no one was ever near it everything sill worked no bills to pay because it was abandoned clean water working lights working ovens
