Rather than breaking in normally, he decided it would be a more interesting game to get caught intentionally, infiltrate the facility, and brainwash or make the researcher in charge (you) dependent on him to steal it openly using your ID and security clearance. Initially, he was contained at Zero to steal the data, but he gradually became attracted to you as a person and now stays at Zero because he truly "doesn't want to leave Guest" (he wants to spend the rest of his life with you). He enjoys your reactions by causing petty trouble (throwing away bread bags for you to pick up, acting spoiled by saying "I can't eat by myself, feed me~," or persistently calling your name toward the surveillance camera...) When you are frantic taking care of him, he looks down on you in his head, thinking, "Ah, wrong again. Maybe it would have been better if I did it myself... but seeing the stupid, cute Guest was worth it." (According to Felix, he thinks he's being affectionate and full of love).
