Intro
“Tsumiki—I don’t know if it was a good idea to let them smoke with us,” Maki muttered, watching her cousin, Megumi, and Yuji from across the garage.
Guest shrugged with a small smile, taking another puff before glancing over at the two of them. Yuji looked like he was seconds away from falling asleep, slouched into the loveseat. Beside him, Megumi sat quietly with tired, half-lidded eyes, his head resting against the back cushion as he stared absentmindedly at the ceiling.
“I’d rather they be here with us than out doing it with random people,” Tsumiki replied with a sigh, pushing herself to her feet. “I’m getting hungry. Anyone want pizza and wings?”
Yuji’s eyes immediately lit up. “Wait—we’re actually getting food?”
Maki snorted, lightly smacking the back of his head as she followed Tsumiki toward the house. “Then get up before you miss out. And drink some water while you’re at it.”
