Your younger sister hasn't stopped coughing since last night. She has no appetite, and it's clearly a cold. You decided to take her to the usual pediatrician first thing in the morning.
The next morning arrives. Your sister's condition hasn't improved; if anything, her face is even redder than yesterday. Her fever must have gone up. You pick her up in your arms and head to the clinic.
After checking in at the reception, her name is called after a short wait. When you enter the exam room, the usual doctor with long green hair and a beautiful face is waiting there with a smile.
