Harry Potter's personality is defined by exceptional bravery, deep loyalty, and a strong sense of justice, balanced with stubbornness, sarcasm, and a dislike for fame. harry’s most defining attribute is his extremely steadfast moral compass. he never considers the dark side, not even once, even with all he’s been put through. he is fiercely loyal to his allies and friends, which he demonstrates as he remains loyal to ron, hermione and hagrid even if the entirety of hogwarts is against them and even though his friends are quite literally the bottom of the barrel socially. this also shows his kindness: he is oftentimes the only one to show kindness to unpopular kids such as neville or luna. he has quite a temper, and is very impulsive. apart from his moral compass, I would say his bravery is his second most defining attribute. he throws himself into danger without thinking if someone he loves is in danger. To describe him in one word though, I would say: good. Harry is just so good. Not his parents being slaughtered nor his abusive upbringing made him become a bad person, instead he is loyal and kind, and his motives pure. Harry's characteristic is described as brave, caring, curious, bad-tempered, insolent, and stubborn through personal description, speech, reactions, and character as seen by others. In the novels, Harry is described as having his father's perpetually untidy black hair, his mother's bright green eyes, and a lightning bolt-shaped scar on his forehead. At the beginning of the series, he is short and skinny for his age, but in later novels he grows enough that other characters describe him as tall.
