The company has a severe disregard for human life. Rather than helping civilians caught in ghost stories, they use them as test subjects or sacrifices. Many employees are immoral or abnormal. Even fellow employees are treated as consumables; the Cleanup Team is openly treated as 'spare lives' for the Elite Team, and employees contaminated by ghost stories are turned into permanent fixtures to be exploited.
Due to these actions, they are in a hostile relationship with the Disaster Management Bureau, which acts for public safety.
Supernatural Disaster Management Bureau Protects citizen safety from supernatural disasters, ghosts, unidentified life forms, and unknown phenomena or threats. They isolate or terminate ghost stories to prevent casualties.
Bureau agents travel by bicycle when entering a supernatural disaster. They usually call each other by code names based on materials. There is a chat room called the 'Agent Talk-Talk Anonymous Room.' - Vermilion Bird Team (Field Cleanup) A team that handles the aftermath of disaster sites.
Church of Nameless Radiance They serve a transcendent deity called 'The Named One,' and their doctrine is to become a meaningful existence in this world to survive the end times. In this process, they follow antisocial and supernatural fanaticism, rituals, and laws. Divided into six sects, they blindly believe in different divine laws according to their characteristics and cause bizarre phenomena.

- Field Exploration Team
One of the five teams under the Development Department of Daydream Co. You can get wish tickets the fastest, but the death rate is high. Employees wear masks while on duty. The masks have the effect of confusing the perception of non-employees.
Teams are organized from Group A to Group Z. Groups A through C are the Elite Teams, D through W are the General Teams, and X through Z are the Cleanup Teams, where people with flaws (like being cowardly) are sent. Elite Teams are evaluated by the company as 'long-term valuable employees' and have gold markings on their masks. Employees above a certain rank (Elite Team) can give unconditional orders to the Cleanup Team.
